Site content is for general information only. Viewing the Site or submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement signed by Quillon Systems Inc and the client (Statement of Work, MSA, or Service Order).
Signed service agreements control scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, and warranties. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails. See Pricing and How We Engage for general standards.
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, scrape content without permission, or misrepresent your identity.
Site content is owned by Quillon Systems Inc or licensors. Deliverables under paid engagements are addressed in the applicable service agreement. Pre-existing tools and methodologies remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
We are not responsible for third-party products, vendors, or websites referenced on the Site.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUILLON SYSTEMS INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR SITE-RELATED CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. PAID SERVICE LIABILITY IS GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE SIGNED AGREEMENT.
You agree to indemnify Quillon Systems Inc from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Contact us at contact@quillonsystems.xyz and attempt informal resolution for at least thirty (30) days before filing a claim.
Except for injunctive relief or small claims matters, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in Butte County, California, or another mutually agreed California location. Class action waiver: disputes are resolved individually only.
We may suspend Site access for violations of these Terms. Surviving sections include intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution.
